The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies have awarded an Honorable Mention to the River Hills Residence in the 2024 American Architecture Awards.

Now celebrating its 29th year, the American Architectural Awards honor new and cutting-edge design in the United States. The annual program also promotes American architecture and design to audiences in the U.S. and abroad. This year, the program received a record number of submissions for new buildings, landscape architecture, and urban planning. From a short list of 500 projects, a distinguished Jury selected over 150 projects and over 50 Honorable Mentions. Check out the complete lists of winners and honorable mentions.
