The Vista Residence is a “Featured House” on Architectural Record, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious architecture publications. Nestled among dense oak trees, the three-story house sits on a wedge-shaped site. Perpendicular concrete volumes define distinctive outdoor areas: a private courtyard off the master suite, a terrace for entertaining, large backyard, and a parking area.
